It can be hard to reach out for help and be vulnerable with yourself and others. By providing a supportive, nonjudgmental, empathetic and private environment, you can expect that the issues you are dealing with are important to Hannah, and our entire team at AiMM. Having an atmosphere that allows you to feel safe is one of the most important factors to your mental health journey and we want to ensure you have a positive experience when reaching out for the difficult work of self-discovery and personal growth.

Hannah’s work integrates a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, trauma focused CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), co-regulation and mindfulness techniques. Hannah can assist you with emotional processing and regulation, challenging negative behaviors, processing complex traumatic events, coping with complex mental health conditions, increasing self-esteem and building self-compassion. Hannah believes that being flexible to meet your needs is important for your personal development, so we can work together to determine what treatment methods will work best for you.
